Declare "new members"
Election of officers
Vote on proposed breed description
Apply to APA for evolving breed status
Set 2009 fees
Set date for next meeting.

The majority of those of you who took the time to respond requested that we go with Monday for meeting time (with one stating that she was only free the 1st and last Monday. So until we run into serious conflicts, lets try to meet the first Monday every month , 8pm Sask time (6pm BC, 7PM Ab, 8pm Sk/Mb, 9pm On, 10pm PQ, 11PM Atlantic provinces). I hope this works for the majority. The meetings will be via Skype, and no phone or video link. If we all sign in and communicate by keyboard, the minutes are already there! Could everyone planning on taking part, please load skype, send me your identity, and lets do a trial run Feb 2 8pm, to work out as many kinks as possible. No agenda for the trial meeting but we can discuss Sport Pony Canada and get to "know" each other a bit. Please let me know as well if you want any additions/changes to the propsoed agenda. Lets finally get this moving forward.

Welcome! Sport Pony Canada is a group of pony breeders dedicated to promoting the breeding, showing, and sales of sport ponies in Canada and North America. We are also currently working on a Canadian Sport Pony Registry. A sport pony is defined as a pony that is bred to compete in one of the performance sport disciplines of jumping, dressage, eventing, reining, or combined driving.
